    I take on a small number of commissions each year. Most start with a conversation about color, scale, and what you want to live with. I work in acrylic, watercolor, and mixed media on canvas, paper, and birch panel.

    Sizes range from small works on paper starting around 8×10 inches up to large canvases at 36×48 or bigger. When you inquire, it helps to mention the space you have in mind, any colors that matter to you, and a rough sense of scale.

    Commissions typically take six to ten weeks from deposit to delivery. I ship every piece by hand from the studio in Las Cruces, and each one is signed. Get in touch before you have everything figured out.

    I ship to all 48 contiguous US states. I'm not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time. If you have a question about your location, include it in your message and I'll let you know.
    Works on paper are wrapped in glassine, sandwiched between rigid backing boards, and shipped flat in a stiffened mailer. Canvases and birch panels ship in custom-built wooden crates with foam padding. Every package includes a signed certificate and care instructions. I pack everything myself.
    All sales are final. If your work arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damage and contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged shipments are covered by insurance and I will work with you to file a claim and arrange a resolution.
    For commissions, yes. I can work to specific dimensions within reason. Some proportions suit certain compositions better than others, so I may suggest a slight adjustment if the size you have in mind would create problems for the work. Mention your space constraints when you write.
